PROFILE GRINDING WHEELS

Superhard electroplated profile grinding wheels are used, among others, in sharpening operations of WM-type band saws, where a suitable, durable profile of the abrasive layer is required. The grinding wheels are used on CNC and conventional stationary grinding machines.

CBN electroplated wheels are dedicated to machining steel and cast steel materials, including tool steel or high-speed steel. For specialized applications, ANDRE also offers customized solutions of super-hard abrasive tools with excellent wear characteristics.
